All data, text, media, branding materials, and content provided by you remain your intellectual property.

You grant Luccaris a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Services.

6.3 AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs are produced automatically based on your inputs. While you may use AI outputs for your business purposes, Luccaris does not guarantee exclusivity or ownership of similar outputs generated for other users.

7. AI Disclaimer

Our Services involve automated AI systems.

You acknowledge and agree that:

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or incomplete information.

AI-generated responses should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before using or publishing it.

Luccaris disclaims liability for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Luccaris in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In the event of a dispute:

The parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a competent court.
